Effortify is committed to protecting user data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
Certain features of Effortify may require a paid subscription. All fees, payment terms, and renewal conditions will be clearly stated prior to purchase. Effortify reserves the right to modify pricing or features at any time, with prior notice to affected users.
Effortify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@effortify.eu. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effortify j.d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varaždin, Croatia.
